Description

Product descriptions have been given as accurately as possible and dimensions given are approximates.
Although we try our hardest to represent the work reliably through the images on this site, please be aware that the images are small and the colours may not be completely accurate at all times, and will vary depending upon the computer screen they are viewed on.
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

Postage & Delivery

Greetings cards purchased from this site will be wrapped in protective packaging and sent by Royal Mail 2nd class and will not require a signature.

We would hope to dispatch items within two working days of receiving the order. If there is a delay you will be contacted.

Stock

Every attempt is made to keep the website up-to-date, should it be found that the item you have purchased is out of stock or, more likely, sold out, you will be notified and offered an alternative or full refund.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you have completed your order you will receive an email confirmation. It will state what the products are on order and post & packaging charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, you will be contacted to explain the nature of the difficulty. You should also receive an email notification when the item has been dispatched. If you have not received such an email within three working days of placing the order please contact us

Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel the order anytime up to seven days after receiving it. Contact us if you wish to cancel. If the item has been dispatched it should be returned undamaged in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying the return costs.


Any damaged or incorrect items that need to be returned must be authorised in advance. Notify us of any returns within seven days following receipt of the item, stating the nature of the damage or defect.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of items. We will only refund the postage & packaging costs of returned goods if they were deemed faulty or damaged on delivery.

If the products have been damaged during transit, a claim will be made with the relevant courier against the insurance paid for when shipping the work. Please check all items upon delivery, and report any damage immediately

Payment

We use Paypal as a customer option for processing online credit and debit card payments. Once the purchase has been made, the customer will receive an email as confirmation. Any refunds will be made through the Pay Pal.

Alternatively credit and debit card payments are taken directly using Wix Payments or Apple Pay. Any refunds will be returned to the card account.

Ownership and copyright

The image Copyright remains with the Artist  you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image to any third party.
